PROXIMITY PROBE TRANSMITTERS
The Trendsetter models TXA and TXR will be the first products
in the microprocessor-based Trendsetter family. Thanks to new technology, this transmitter will provide greater reliability
and more stable measurement. These two-wire loop-powered transmitters combine an eddy current probe driver and a signal conditioner
in a single package. They provide a 4 to 20 mA signal proportional to overall peak-to-peak displacement. The TXA and TXR operate
with Metrix probes and extension cables as well as four other major probe systems. They are factory configured for the user’s
application, reducing installation costs. The prox probe transmitters feature a more streamlined, compact body that is fully
potted to protect from air and water. The DIN rail mount will come standard and a base plate option is available. They also
include a gold-plated microdot probe cable connector, a BNC connector for dynamic output and a pluggable 3-pin terminal block
for field wiring.
