Outside sales for our northern territory (Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho).
Industrial instrumentation sales. Well established manufacturer’s representative seeking outside sales person to cover Montana, western North Dakota, eastern Wyoming and Idaho panhandle. Approximately 33% overnight travel required. We provide training, salary, bonus, vehicle, phone, office equipment, health insurance and all expenses. Must have high school diploma or GED. Technical capability a must. Prefer someone with technical/electrical/mechanical/chemical experience or background.
Detailed Work Activities
Advise customers on the use of products or services.
Answer customer questions about goods or services.
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
Service existing clients
Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
Coordinate sales campaigns.
Demonstrate products to consumers.
Develop proposals for current or prospective customers.
Distribute promotional literature or samples to customers.
Explain technical product or service information to customers.
Identify potential customers.
Maintain records of expense transactions.
Monitor market conditions or trends.
Recommend products or services to customers.
Study product information to acquire professional knowledge.
Overnight travel approximately 8 days per month
Keep contact with clients and prospects up to date and supply data for reporting required.
